Provided are an intelligent terminal-based tweening interactive advertisement implantation method and device. The tweening interactive advertisement implantation method comprises: receiving advertisements which are issued by an advertisement management system via a unidirectional DVB transmission stream or a bidirectional IP data stream; receiving a channel switching request which is input by a user; according to a service rule, selecting an advertisement which needs to be displayed from the received advertisements; and rendering the selected advertisement, and displaying the content of the rendered advertisement on a screen. The present invention can improve the efficiency of inserting an advertisement when a channel is switched on an intelligent terminal, thereby solving the problems existing in the prior art that the amount of information which can be displayed in an advertisement is relatively small, and a user is easily disgusted with the situation where a fixed advertisement appears in a fixed position for a long time.
