The method comprises the following steps of fresh banana skin obtaining, vacuum drying, smashing, ultrasonic extraction, rough filtration, ceramic filtration membrane filtering, condensation through the adoption rotary evaporation, spray drying, powder pigment obtaining, direct dying, cleaning and brown protein textile obtaining. According to the method, the extraction rate of flavonoid and tannin polyphenol pigment in banana skin is increased, polysaccharide, pectin, protein and other macromolecule impurities in the banana skin are removed, and the purity and the antibacterial activity of the pigment are improved. The obtained banana skin pigment is safe and high in antibacterial activity, and the Escherichia coli decreasing rate of the obtained brown protein textile reaches more than 90%.
