Inlet and outlet openings of the molten salt heat exchange pipes are connected with an inlet and outlet opening of a solar paraboloid groove type molten salt heat collector. A middle phase change latent heat material packaging layer is arranged in the position, corresponding to the upper surfaces of the molten salt heat exchange pipes, in the middle of the steam generator, and a bottom phase change latent heat material packaging layer is arranged in the position, corresponding to the lower surfaces of the molten salt heat exchange pipes, at the bottom of the steam generator. The middle phase change latent heat material packaging layer is composed of an upper sealing plate, a lower sealing plate, heat exchange pipes and middle phase change latent heat materials, wherein the upper sealing plate and the lower sealing plate are provided with through holes; the heat exchange pipes are welded between the corresponding through holes of the two sealing plates, and the space defined by the upper sealing plate, the lower sealing plate, the heat exchange pipelines and the drum is filled with the middle phase change latent heat materials.
