According to the method for making a statistic of the hot degree of the subject provided by the invention, the EPG data of the television programs are used for making a statistic of the hot degree of the preset subject, which not only saves a large amount of operation cost of data collection, but also makes the statistical results of the subject hot degree more convincing.
