Abstract

Disclosed in the invention is an intelligent dynamic high-definition video transmission system comprising a pick-up head, an embedded video processing board, and a portable terminal. The embedded video processing board obtains video data from the pick-up head; after processing of video A / D chip digitization, the processed data are sent to a DM 365 processor; the processor completes H.264 real-time compression and coding on the video by using an H.264 high-definition video image coprocessor (HDVICP) in an internal integration mode and an H.264 video stream is outputted; an ARM terminal program receives the H.264 video stream and carries out packaging on the video stream based on a proper packaging strategy to generate an RTP pack; when an RT-SP server side program receives a client request, the packaged RTP pack is sent to a receiving terminal; and portable terminals of a plurality of different platforms receive and decode the code stream and then display the video, thereby realizing real-time video transmission. According to the invention, with the TMS320DM365 digital media processor and the Montavista Linux embedded system, real-time video collection, H.264 coding, H.264 video stream packaging and transmission can be realized.
