Embodiment 1

[0055] see figure 1 , the complex shape reconstruction method of flexible plate structure based on two-dimensional orthogonal curvature, is characterized in that: the specific operation steps are as follows: (1) the establishment of orthogonal curve network: using optimally designed discrete distributed orthogonal fiber gratings to form transmission Sense network, by obtaining the two-dimensional orthogonal curvature information of each grating measuring point on the surface of the plate structure, and on the basis of continuous curvature, the plate structure is meshed, and the orthogonal curve network of the plate structure is established; ( 2) Node coordinate recursion: construct a motion coordinate system on the orthogonal curve network, use the motion coordinate system to calculate the relative coordinates of the measurement points under the motion coordinate system, and calculate its global coordinates on this basis; (3) Coupling transformation of the motion coordinate sys...

Embodiment 2

[0057] see Figure 2 to Figure 10 , the present embodiment is basically the same as Embodiment 1, and the special features are as follows:

[0058] The establishment of described step (1) orthogonal curve network, concrete steps are as follows:

[0059] Continuous curvature: Due to the limited and discrete nature of the grating measurement points, direct fitting and reconstruction cannot accurately reflect the deformation of the plate-like structure, and reasonable interpolation is performed on unmeasured points to achieve continuous curvature; the interpolation algorithm adopted is a linear interpolation algorithm;

[0060] ● Orthogonal curve network construction: On the basis of continuous curvature, select two measurement points with the same distance Δs, and connect the measurement points from the coordinate axes u and v directions of the two-dimensional space to form an orthogonal curve. arc-length grid; the orthogonal curvatures of the measurement points are the curvat...

Abstract

The invention relate to a method for reconstructing a complex morphology of a flexible platy structure based on a two-dimensional orthogonal curvature. The method comprises steps of: using an optimized discrete-distributed orthogonal optical fiber grating to form a sensor network, and establishing an orthogonal curvilinear net of the platy structure by obtaining two-dimensional orthogonal curvature information of each grating measurement point on the surface of the platy structure and performing meshing of the platy structure on the basis of the continuous curvature; constructing a motion coordinate system on the orthogonal curvilinear net, calculating a relative coordinate of the measurement point in the motion coordinate system by using the motion coordinate system, and on this basis, calculating a world coordinate of the measurement point; and obtaining torsion angles of the motion coordinate system in two directions, and updating the motion coordinate system by using the torsion angles. The method requires hardware including a square flexible platy structure experiment model, an optical fiber grating sensor network which is implanted to the structure surface in an optimized distributed manner, an optical fiber grating network signal analyzer, an algorithm running and graphic processing computer, and a display.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for reconstructing the complex shape of a flexible plate-like structure, in particular to a method for reconstructing the shape of a flexible plate-like structure based on two-dimensional orthogonal curvature, which is applicable to the reconstruction of a complex shape of a flexible plate-like structure fixed at one end . Background technique [0002] Plate structures are widely used in industrial applications, such as near-Earth satellites, deep space probes, space stations, large-wing aircraft, phased array radars, phased array antennas and other aerospace vehicles. The aerospace environment has particularities in terms of gravity, temperature, external damping, and electromagnetic radiation. These characteristics can easily lead to structural flexible deformation and shape changes of the above-mentioned plate-like structures, and can even cause structural topological damage, resulting in system performance degradat...
