The inner pressing ring is fixed to the end surface, opposite to the rotating shaft, of the clamp body, is concentric with the rotating shaft, and comprises an inner hole positioning segment and a first end surface positioning segment. The first end surface positioning segment is provided with a second positioning end surface vertical to the axis of the inner pressing ring. The outer circle of the inner hole positioning segment is concentric with the inner pressing ring, and matches an inner hole of a compressed blank. The outer pressing ring comprises an outer circle positioning segment and a second end surface positioning segment. The second end surface positioning segment is provided with a third positioning end surface vertical to the axis of the outer pressing ring. An inner hole of the outer circle positioning segment is concentric with the outer pressing ring, and matches the outer circle of the compressed blank which is finish-turned.
