The closed air storage cavity with certain volume and shape is added inside or outside the silencer, so that waste gas entering the closed air storage cavity generates exhaust resonant wave at specific frequency when encountering the inner wall of the air storage cavity, and the resonant wave is enabled to return to an air inlet of the exhaust flange from a moment when an air sweeping port is closed to a moment when an exhaust port is closed to conflict with waste gas and flammable mixed gas which are on the way of being discharged outwards so as to stop fresh unburnt mixed gas at an extra exhaust stage from being discharged.
