A coin outlet mechanism is arranged corresponding to the outer edge of the multi-station circular plate in the coin box; and the gear drive device and the multi-station circular plate are in drive connection. The controller controls the gear drive device to drive the multi-station circular plate to make rotation according to paper money value information identified by a paper money identifier, so that one station with paper money having the corresponding value of the multi-station circular plate rotates to the position corresponding to the coin outlet; and the coin outlet mechanism conveys the paper money carried by the station to the coin outlet.
