The method comprises the following steps: collecting original CCD data; collecting original CCD ground uniform scene data; collecting CCD laboratory calibration data; collecting original CCD spaceborne calibration data; respectively reading ground uniform scene images and spaceborne calibration images, and respectively calculating a uniform scene of each waveband and a relative calibration coefficient of spaceborne calibration; indicating a storage directory of laboratory calibration data for a CCD preprocessing system, and calculating the gain value and the deviation value of each waveband and each detection unit; reading CCD original data to be processed and displaying images on a screen; observing the characteristics of input data, and selecting a data cleansing function needing to be executed; performing radiation correction on the images to obtain images of primary products; and performing geometric correction of the images, outputting results, storing files, and obtaining image illustrating files of secondary products for storing to the directory of images to be processed.
