The system comprises a CPU, a process size database (2), a process size pickup module (3), a process size inserting module (5), a process size updating module, a process size storing module (4) and a related size display module (7), the process size database (2), the process size pickup module (3), the process size inserting module (5) and the process size updating module (6) are in electric signal connection with the CPU, the process size storing module (4) is connected with a signal output end of the process size pickup module, and the related size display module (7) is connected with a signal output end of the process size updating module. The method includes that the CPU calls the steps of the process size pickup module, the process size storing module, the process size inserting module, the process size updating module and the related size display module. Process size is displayed in a CAPP process card of a word document in a hyperlink form, so that automatic updating can be realized when process size changes, workload, of process personnel, in finding process size is eliminated, working efficiency can be improved, and error rate of process size in the process card is lowered.
