Abstract

The invention provides a green recyclable co-extruded packaging film and a preparation method thereof. The green recyclable co-extruded packaging film adopts the layered structure that an inner layer serves as a heat-seal layer consisting of LDPE and MLLDPE which are co-mixed, an intermediate layer serves as an obstructing layer consisting of MLLDPE and PP which are co-mixed, and a printing layer is arranged outside the intermediate layer and made from PP. As a nontoxic environment-friendly material serves as the raw material, MLLDPE replaces a toxic adhesive, and the compatibility of MLLDPE and LDPE, as well as MLLDPE and PP, is fully utilized, the packaging film has no residual solvent and has relatively good effects in obstructing oxygen and water vapor. The packaging film is recyclable and regenerative, and the recovery rate can reach 95% or above. The green recyclable co-extruded packaging film is environment-friendly, energy-saving and emission-reducing, lowers the cost, is safe and sanitary and is a green packaging film product which can protect the human mental and physical health.
