The bottom rectification layer (1) comprises an inner drum (6) and an outer drum (7), wherein the inner drum (6) is used for containing distillation liquid; and conductive oil is disposed between the inner drum (6) and the outer drum (7). A heating rod penetrates the outer drum (7), sticks into the conductive oil, and is used for heating the conductive oil. The bottom rectification layer (1) is provided with a hollow heating interlayer, and a high-temperature resistant film (8) is adhered to the inner wall of the bottom of a tank. The distillation tower is small in occupied space, low in cost, power-saving, and good in filtration effects. The distillation liquid is more evenly heated. The distillation tower adopts the conductive oil for heating, so that the distillation tower is large in heating area, low in heat loss, high in temperature controllability and largely improved in safety.
