Abstract

The double-arc annular random packing is characterized in that a rectangular window and an inner bent arc-shaped rib connected with two short edges of the rectangular window are formed in the peripheral wall of a body of the metal flat ring; a rectangular mini-type window is formed in each of the two end sides of the inner bent arc-shaped rib; and one end, close to the peripheral wall of the body, of each rectangular mini-type window and the other end, connected with the arc-shaped rib, of each rectangular mini-type window are bent and point into arcs to form inward stretching tongue pieces which are used for uniformly dividing the inner part of the packing. By virtue of the double-arc annular random packing disclosed by the invention, large flux and high efficiency of rectangular saddle ring packing, low height-diameter ratio of flat ring packing, uniform gas-liquid distribution and regular array in a filling process are combined, and the double-arc annular random packing has the advantages of regular packing effect and the like.
