Embodiment Construction

[0034] figure 1 is a schematic diagram of an exhaust gas treatment system according to an embodiment of the present invention. The exhaust gas treatment system 10 is installed on the gas downstream side of the boiler 1 . The boiler 1 is a combustion facility using coal or heavy oil as fuel.

[0035] The exhaust gas treatment system 10 includes a denitration device (denitration unit) 13 provided with a denitration catalyst inside, an air heater 14 for exchanging heat with the exhaust gas, a dust collector 15 for removing coal dust in the exhaust gas, and a wet exhaust gas treatment system in order from the upstream side of the exhaust gas. A desulfurization device (desulfurization unit) 16 and a circulation unit 18 . A chimney 2 is provided on the gas downstream side of the wet desulfurization device 16 .

[0036] In the flue 11 between the boiler 1 and the denitrification device 13 , there is provided a spraying unit 12 for spraying an aqueous solution containing ammonium h...

Abstract

A flue gas treatment system and a flue gas treatment method capable of drastically reducing operating cost and an amount of waste water and capable of controlling an amount of a NOx reducing agent and a mercury oxidation agent to be supplied are provided. The flue gas treatment system sprays an aqueous solution containing ammonium halide into a flue, reduces NOx and oxidizes mercury in a deNOx section, and removes SOx and the mercury in a desulfurization section. The flue gas treatment system adds at least one of ammonium sulfate and ammonium carbonate to waste water which is discharged from the desulfurization section and from which CaSO4 is separated to generate the ammonium halide. The waste water containing the ammonium halide is sprayed as the aqueous solution.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a waste gas treatment system and a waste gas treatment method for removing nitrogen oxides and mercury contained in waste gas. Background technique [0002] In the exhaust gas produced when coal or heavy oil is burned, it contains coal dust, sulfur oxides (SOx), nitrogen oxides (NOx), metallic mercury (Hg 0 )Wait. In recent years, an apparatus and a method for treating metallic mercury in combination with a denitrification apparatus for reducing NOx and a wet desulfurization apparatus for removing SOx using an alkali absorption liquid have been studied. [0003] As a method for treating metallic mercury in high-temperature exhaust gas, a system has been proposed in which mercury is oxidized (halogenated) to water-soluble mercuric chloride while reducing NOx on a selective reduction catalyst of a denitration device, and after use The wet desulfurization unit on the downstream side is removed. As a NOx reducing agent a...
