Problems solved by technology

In recent years, scholars at home and abroad have made important research results on the occurrence of soil-borne diseases of crops such as apples, potatoes, and cucumbers and the changes in rhizosphere soil microbial flora, but there are few studies on the changes in soil microbial community structure that cause konjac soft rot , there is no report on the microecological mechanism of konjac soft rot

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for analyzing a root domain soil microbial community structure of a soft-rot diseased amorphophallus konjac plant. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring and treating a test sample, preparing a culture medium, performing microorganism isolation and enumeration, identifying dominant strains, testing the pH and the nutrition of soil, and processing data. By adopting the method for analyzing the root domain soil microbial community structure of the soft-rot diseased amorphophallus konjac plant, the change of the soil microbial community structure with the amorphophallus konjac soft-rot disease is studied, relevant micro-ecology mechanisms of the amorphophallus konjac soft-rot disease can be studied for a first time, and great significance is achieved. The study of the method for analyzing the root domain soil microbial community structure of the soft-rot diseased amorphophallus konjac plant shows that 9 dominant microorganisms, namely, 3 dominant bacteria including pseudomonas plecoglossicida, pseudomonas chlororaphis subsp.aureofaciens and stenotrophomonas pavanii, 4 dominant bacteria including fusarium solani, fusarium oxysporum, penicillium canescens and penucillium, and 2 dominant actionmycetes including streptomyces scabiei and streptomyces cellulosae, massively exist at the root domain of the soft-rot diseased amorphophallus konjac plant.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for analyzing the soil microbial community structure in the root zone of a konjac soft rot diseased plant, belonging to the field of bacterial colony research and analysis. Background technique [0002] Soft rot is the most serious bacterial seed-borne and soil-borne disease that causes konjac production and quality decline. The reasons for the prevalence of konjac soft rot are complex, among which the abnormal soil microflora is one of the main reasons. Dong Kun et al. analyzed the correlation between the number of soil microorganisms and soft rot of konjac, and found that the number of bacteria, Fusarium and oomycetes in the soil was positively correlated with the incidence of soft rot, and the number of actinomycetes was negatively correlated with the incidence of soft rot. . However, it is unclear which microorganisms other than the soft rot fungus affect the occurrence of konjac root disease, and there is no res...
