The fluorescence gum shape preserving scraping coating method for an LED filament comprises the following steps: utilizing the scraper with the specific contour shape to carry out shape preserving scraping coating on the uncured fluorescence gum on the surface of the LED filament, rapidly curing the colloid by virtue of heating, and forming a fluorescence gum coating layer with the specific contour shape. According to the fluorescence gum shape preserving scraping coating device and method disclosed by the invention, a novel method of 360-degree omnidirectional coating of the LED filament is realized.
