Problems solved by technology

However, the common layering method of tens of camphor trees in Uganda (bend the 1-2-year-old branches of the mother plant near the ground to the four directions, incise the bottom and press them into the pit, fix them with hooks, and compact them with soil, and the branches are slightly vertically exposed to the ground. And plug a support, treat to cut after rooting and transplant) and follow-up treatment methods are difficult to seedlings, or the seedling rate is low, so far there is no report of layering survival

Embodiment 1

[0018] A kind of layering method of tens of camphor trees in Uganda, comprising the steps of:

[0019] 1) Under the condition of temperature of 20°C, select Uganda ten-odd camphor tree with straight branches, disease-free and harmless, and then choose a first-level branch branch with a diameter of 0.4 cm close to the ground. The middle and upper part of the girdling is carried out, and the girdling width is 2 cm;

[0020] 2) Bury the girdling of the first-level branches in the soil at a depth of 10 cm and fix them with bamboo sticks. times the rooting powder solution, pour the rooting powder solution of the same concentration every 3 days later, pour 6 times altogether, and keep the water content of the soil at the place where the primary branches are buried to be 80%;

[0021] 3) After 90 days, new roots are formed at the girdling of the first-level branches. After 5 months, gently remove the soil and check the rooting situation at the girdling of the first-level branches. ...

Embodiment 2

[0023] A kind of layering method of tens of camphor trees in Uganda, comprising the steps of:

[0024] 1) Under the condition that the temperature is 25°C, choose a Uganda ten-odd camphor tree with straight branches, no disease and no harm, and then choose a first-level branch with a diameter of 0.7 cm close to the ground. The middle and upper parts are girdled, and the girdling width is 2.5 cm;

[0025] 2) Bury the girdling part of the first-level branch in the soil at a depth of 12 cm and fix it with a bamboo stick. times the rooting powder solution, pour the rooting powder solution of the same concentration every 2 days later, pour 8 times altogether, and keep the water content of the soil at the place where the primary branches are buried to be 75%;

[0026] 3) After 100 days, new roots are formed at the girdling of the first-level branches. After 5.5 months, gently remove the soil and check the rooting situation at the girdling of the first-level branches. If the root sy...

Embodiment 3

[0028] A kind of layering method of tens of camphor trees in Uganda, comprising the steps of:

[0029] 1) Under the condition of temperature of 35°C, select Uganda ten-odd camphor tree with straight branches, disease-free and harmless, and then choose a first-level branch with a diameter of 1.0 cm close to the ground. The middle and upper parts are girdled, and the girdling width is 3 cm;

[0030] 2) Bury the girdling of the first-level branches in the soil at a depth of 15 cm and fix them with iron wires. The branches of the first-level branches are exposed to the air, and water is diluted 1100 times at the place where the first-level branches are buried. rooting powder solution, pour the rooting powder solution of the same concentration every 3 days later, pour 10 times altogether, keep the moisture content of the soil at the place where the primary branch is buried to be 70%;

[0031] 3) After 120 days, new roots are formed at the girdling of the first-level branches. Afte...

Abstract

The invention discloses a layering method of Uganda Warburgia. The layering method of the Uganda Warburgia includes steps: 1) under the condition that air temperature ranges from 15 degree centigrade to 35 degree centigrade, selecting a first grade branch of a Uganda Warburgia plant straight and upright in branch shape, and free of disease and insect attack, which is close to the ground, and girdling the middle upper portion of the first grade branch of the Uganda Warburgia plant; 2) burying the girdled portion of the first grade branch into a position of soil, 10-15cm in depth, fixing the first grade branch in the soil, exposing the head of the first grade branch in air, and then pouring a rooting powder solution after being diluted with water by 1000-2000 times on the girdled portion of the first grade branch, and afterwards pouring rooting powder liquid of the same concentration as the rooting powder solution on the girdled portion of the first grade branch every other 2-3 days, totally pouring the rooting powder liquid on the girdled portion of the first grade branch for 5-10 times, and keeping water content of the position in the of soil, where the first grade branch is buried, at 70%-80%; 3) generating a new root on the girdled portion of the first grade branch after 90-120days, enabling the new root on the girdled portion of the first grade branch to develop well after 5-6 months, separating the first grade branch with the root developed well from the Uganda Warburgia seed tree, and then digging the first grade branch with the root developed well out with the soil, and finally transplanting the first grade branch. The layering method of the Uganda Warburgia is simple, strong in maneuverability, quick in reproduction speed, and high in survival percent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of asexual reproduction of Uganda's Tens of Cinnamomum, in particular to a layering method of Uganda's Tens of Cinnamomum. Background technique [0002] Cinnamomum camphora in Uganda belongs to the order Cinnamoniaceae, Cinnamonaceae, and is a plant of the genus Cinnamon, widely distributed in tropical and subtropical regions of Africa. It is a good woody plant for extracting natural antibacterial drugs, but because it is naturally distributed in Africa, it is difficult to obtain materials, which cannot meet the needs of scientific research or future drug development. At present, there are great difficulties in artificially introducing large quantities. Seedlings appear to be very important. Ten dozen camphors in Uganda are mainly sexually propagated in nature. After artificial planting, in order to shorten the reproduction cycle, asexual reproduction methods can be used, that is, cuttings, layering, grafti...
