The device comprises a hatching box. A substrate board is placed in the hatching box. Upright columns are fixed on the substrate board. Vertical slide grooves are provided in the upright columns. Slide blocks are slidably connected in the vertical slide grooves. A lower sponge layer, a lower vermiculite layer and trays are sequentially laid on the substrate board from bottom to top. Annular fences are arranged in the trays. Covers are arranged on the upper ends of the annular fences. Blocking strips are arranged on the upper surfaces of the trays.
