Abstract

The invention discloses a device for measuring load characteristic of a motor under a vacuum environment. The device comprises a vacuum container, a vacuum pump and a measuring mechanism. The vacuum pump is arranged outside the vacuum container and used for evacuating the vacuum container. The measuring mechanism is arranged in the vacuum container and comprises a hysteresis dynamometer, a torque sensor, a motor, a surface-mount temperature sensor and a vacuum degree sensor. The motor is connected with the torque sensor through a coupler. The torque sensor is connected with the hysteresis dynamometer through the other coupler. The vacuum degree sensor is mounted on the inner wall of the vacuum container. The surface-mount temperature sensor is adhered to the motor. The torque sensor, the vacuum degree sensor, the surface-mount temperature sensor and the hysteresis dynamometer are all electrically connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller) in a control cabinet outside the vacuum container through an electric connector on the wall of the vacuum container. The motor is connected with a power supply in the control cabinet through the electric connector on the wall of the vacuum container. By the use of the device, changes in the load characteristic of the common motor are measured under the vacuum environment.
