The legal service method comprises the steps of setting a first database and a second database, setting a legal product bank and an order bank in the first database, typing related data, such as the content and the price, of legal products into the legal product bank in advance, setting a service information bank and a data detecting module in the second database, and executing the following steps of step S1, receiving a user order, and storing related data, such as order information, in the order bank; step S2, detecting the variation of the order bank at regular intervals by the data detecting module, enabling the order bank to be synchronized to the service information bank, and generating new service information; step S3, inquiring the service information bank at regular times, and sending new service caution to a service specialist in time; step S4, carrying out legal service by the service specialist through a service processing module; step S5, checking order details and service situation by a user through a user port, and obtaining a needed legal solution. According to the legal service method and the legal service system, disclosed by the invention, information data can be subjected to seamless integration and sharing between isomerous databases, and the integration of service receiving, client service and information management can be realized.
