The invention discloses a dendrobe buccal tablet which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 350-400 parts of dendrobe superfine powder, 240-360 parts of white sugar powder, 260-320 parts of mannitol, 50-80 parts of soluble starch, 30-70 parts of honeysuckle, 2-5 parts of mint, 3-5 parts of magnesium stearate and 5-8 parts of micro-powder pectin. Furthermore, the invention discloses a preparation method of the dendrobe buccal tablet and the preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding fresh dendrobe, carrying out enzymolysis on the ground dendrobe for 3-5h by using a complex enzyme, freezing for 16-48h under a condition of -45 DEG C to -50 DEG C, and grinding into superfine powder; uniformly mixing 350-400 parts of the dendrobe superfine powder with other components, sieving the superfine powder through a 75-mesh sieve to obtain undersize material; mixing uniformly with ethanol solution with the mass percentage concentration of 42%-45%, sieving by a 16-24-mesh sieve to obtain undersize material and drying the undersize material to obtain dendrobe particles; uniformly mixing the dendrobe particles with magnesium stearate and micro-powder pectin; and tabletting to obtain the dendrobe buccal tablet.
