The solid lubricant coating device 13 includes a guide member 15 which includes an inclined plane which inclines to the solid lubricant coating surface of the guide rail, solid lubricant 17 at one end side of which formed is an inclined plane 16 fitting to the inclined plane of the guide member, and a support body 18 which is provided at the other end side of the solid lubricant 17.
