Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that a front-end system is enabled to broadcast configuration files containing central frequency point description tables in real time at any frequency point, and when broadcasting front-end central frequency point is changed, value of the central frequency point of the configuration file of a central frequency point descriptor of code stream broadcast in real time is changed.
