The method comprises the following steps: (1) an initial pairing key is stored in an OBU and an initial pairing key is preset in intelligent terminal equipment to enable the OBU and the intelligent terminal equipment to be matched with each other; and (2) when the OBU and the intelligent terminal equipment communicate, whether the OBU and the intelligent terminal equipment are matched is confirmed, communication is carried out between the OBU and the intelligent terminal equipment to achieve interaction between the two if the OBU and the intelligent terminal equipment are matched, or communication fails.
