Abstract

The detection device includes a microwave detecting part and a temperature separating part. A cone-shaped sealing shield is installed on the bottom of the microwave detecting part in a sealing manner. A high-temperature-resistant wave-transparent quartz glass is installed on the top of the temperature separating part in a sealing manner. An upper surface of the high-temperature-resistant wave-transparent quartz glass is a lower sealing surface of a sealed gas chamber. A blowing gas channel is arranged on a lower part of the temperature separating part and surrounds the high-temperature-resistant wave-transparent quartz glass. A blowing direction of the blowing gas channel is faced to the lower surface of the high-temperature-resistant wave-transparent quartz glass. A heat-insulation sealing gasket is disposed between the temperature separating part and the sealing gas chamber. By means of the detection device, a temperature requirement of a normal operation can be satisfied without any cooling gas. Microwave detection apparatus are free from being damaged although a gas-supplying failure in a nitrogen cooling system is generated or the high-temperature-resistant wave-transparent quartz glass is broken, thereby ensuring the normal operation of a production process and reducing economic loss.
