Abstract

The invention relates to the industrial evaporation field, and especially relates to a positive-displacement compressor MVR heat pump evaporation system with an adjustable pressure ratio working station. The system is composed of a feed pump, a preheating device, a hierarchical evaporator, a positive-displacement water steam compressor, a separator, a condensation water tank, and a discharge pump; and the condensed water in the hierarchical evaporator bottom can be used for the secondary preheating on the fresh material liquid. The technical scheme mentioned above has the following advantages: (1) the solution evaporation parameters can be stably controlled, the condensed water stored in the preheating device and the hierarchical evaporator bottom can be used to preheat the fresh solutions in different levels so as to raise the solution temperature to the evaporation temperature before the solution enters the evaporation liquid room of the hierarchical evaporator, and thus the system unbalance caused by the temperature fluctuation of feed material is avoided; (2) a high-temperature water spraying mode and a low-temperature water spraying mode are adopted on the positive-displacement water steam compressor, thus the residual heat of condensed water can be fully utilized, the water amount can be adjusted at the same time, the actual pressure ratio of a positive-displacement water steam compressor can be adjusted, and the goal of adjusting the pressure ratio working conditions is achieved.
