[0043] see figure 1 Shown:

[0044]The composite vascular stent provided by the present invention includes a stent body 1 and a composite drug coating 2 , wherein the composite drug coating 2 is wrapped on the stent body 1 .

[0045] The stent body 1 is a bare metal stent or a degradable polymer stent or a degradable magnesium alloy stent or a degradable iron alloy stent.

[0046] The bare metal bracket is 316L stainless steel bracket.

[0047] Composite drug coating 2 is a composite coating composed of dopamine polymer layer, anticoagulant drugs and cytokines promoting endothelial regeneration from the inside to the outside.

[0048] The number of layers of anticoagulant drugs and cytokines promoting endothelial regeneration is 1-10 layers.

[0049] The anticoagulant drug is heparin.

[0050] The composite drug coating 2 is wrapped with a protein A layer 3 and an antibody drug layer 4 in sequence.

[0051] Antibody drug layer 4 is composed of antibody CD34.

Abstract

The invention discloses a composite vascular stent which comprises stent bodies and composite drug coatings, wherein the stent bodies are wrapped with the composite drug coatings, and are bare metal stents, degradable polymer stents, degradable magnesium alloy stents or degradable iron alloy stents; the bare metal stents are 316 L stainless-steel stents; each composite drug coating is a composite coating which comprises a dopamine polymer layer, 1-10 layers of anticoagulative drug and 1-10 layers of endothelial regeneration promoting cell factors in sequence from inside to outside; the anticoagulative drug is heparin; the composite drug coatings are wrapped with protein A layers and antibody drug layers; each antibody drug layer comprises antibodies CD34. The composite vascular stent has the benefits as follows: the drug coatings provided by the invention are uniform, resistant to washing and stable, have a high capability of capturing endothelial progenitor cells, can achieve the purposes of well inhibiting thrombosis and reducing restenosis and have an important clinical application value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a blood vessel support, in particular to a composite blood vessel support. Background technique [0002] At present, coronary artery disease is the most common disease among cardiovascular diseases, and it is also a disease with high mortality and morbidity. The main reason is the narrowing of blood vessels caused by atherosclerosis. The most common way to treat coronary artery disease is to use a balloon to open narrowed blood vessels and then permanently place a metal support material, known as a stent. However, the excessive hyperplasia of the intima after stent implantation will lead to restenosis, and the incidence of restenosis with bare stents can reach 10-30%. Among them, the research on the coating of coronary stents is particularly prominent. [0003] Currently used drug-eluting stents (Drug-Eluting Stent, DES), such as rapamycin and paclitaxel-coated stents, have greatly reduced the incidence of restenosis, but the...
