Abstract

The invention provides a near-infrared on-line detection method used in production process of a traditional Chinese medicine containing naringin. The method comprises the following steps: collecting a sample in the production process of the traditional Chinese medicine containing naringin, and acquiring a near-infrared spectrum of the sample; measuring the content of naringin in the sample by using the existing technology; establishing a detection model by using chemometrics software according to the near-infrared spectrum of the sample and the naringin content measured by using the existing technology, wherein the spectrum range of the near-infrared spectrum of the detection model is 1100-2300nm; and acquiring the sample to be detected, and measuring the content of naringin and the spectrum similarity degree by using the detection model.
