Problems solved by technology

[0002] With the continuous improvement of living standards, in the process of house decoration, wooden floors are more and more popular because of their beautiful appearance. At present, the building wood on the market includes bamboo floors and wooden floors, which are widely used. Although they are high-end and beautiful , but there are still problems such as flammability, decay, and water absorption and expansion by insects, which to some extent limits its scope of application and shortens its service life. Although people use wood products in the process of painting , paint and other methods to overcome its shortcomings, but there are still many problems to be solved

Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a preparation method of a 3D ink-jet anticorrosive wood ceramic tile. By using the preparation method, a ceramic tile with an imitation-wood grain on the surface can be prepared, and the prepared ceramic tile is not easy to deform and difficultly absorbs water to expand, is long in service life and is not easy to decay. The method comprises the following steps: preparing mixed powder, wherein the mixed powder comprises the following powder with different granularities in percentage by weight: 13.8% of 30-mesh powder, 31.6% of 40-mesh powder, 40.2% of 60-mesh powder, 5.8% of 80-mesh powder, 4.1% of 100-mesh powder, 2.1% of 120-mesh powder and 2.4% of over-120-mesh powder; after decaying the mixed powder, compressing the powder by a briquet press to ceramic blanks; drying: drying for 50 minutes in a drying kiln at 180-210 DEG C; applying anticorrosive wood grain glaze: applying anticorrosive wood grain glaze to the surfaces of the dried ceramic blanks by 3D ink-jet equipment or glaze-throwing equipment; and firing and forming: heating and firing the ceramic blanks with the anticorrosive wood grain glaze in a roller kiln for 90 minutes.
