Abstract

The invention relates to the field of the designing of animal disease detection apparatuses having a wireless communication function in the animal husbandry, and concretely relates to a cow subclinical mastitis detector and a use method thereof. A detection personnel holds the detector by hands, and places a probe in sampled milk, and a hardware circuit converts conductivity to a simulation voltage and inputs the simulation voltage to an MSP430 chip. The AD conversion of an external voltage is carried out through using internal ADC by the MSP430 chip, the obtained value is compared with a preset threshold, and the obtained comparison result is displayed on an LCD1602 liquid crystal screen. If the value exceeds a safe range, alarm information is sent to a PTR2000 wireless transceiver module A in an asynchronous serial communication mode. The module A sends a detection result to a PTR2000 wireless transceiver module B at a PC terminal in a wireless emission manner, and then information is sent to a PC machine through an RS232 structure. A PC terminal person receives the alarm information, sends an alarm message to a person in charge through a GSM network by utilizing a wireless communication alarm system in order to complete the whole process from field detection to real time notification.
