The method includes the specific steps that firstly, functional approximation is conducted on the finite element calculation result of the constraint reaction generated when a cantilever damping rod is stimulated by harmonic displacements of different states at the free end, so that a five-pole rational polynomial expression of the dynamic stiffness of the end is obtained; secondly, the five-pole rational polynomial expression of the dynamic stiffness of the end of a free damping rod is obtained by the adoption of the condition that the free damping rod does not generate constraint reaction under the situation of rigid body motion; finally, the three-dimensional finite element dynamics model of the damping rod is condensed to be of twenty-two degrees of freedom, the damping rod is assembled with the stiffness and damping matrices of other parts of the structure, then a dynamics equation of an integrated system is established, and thus the related dynamics calculation of the frequency varying damping rod structure is carried out.
