Abstract

The invention provides a natural gas hydrate preparation system based on compressed gas refrigeration cycle, which is characterized by comprising a gas supply unit for supplying natural gas required by hydration reaction, a refrigeration cycle device which is communicated with the gas supply unit and used for cooling the natural gas and driving the natural gas to flow, and a natural gas hydrate preparation device which is connected with the refrigeration cycle device and used for preparing and storing the natural gas hydrate, wherein the refrigeration cycle device comprises a dryer, a compressor, a cooler and an expander; the inlet end of the dryer is communicated with the outlet end of the gas supply unit, and the dryer is used for drying the natural gas; the inlet end of the compressor is communicated with the outlet end of the dryer, and the compressor is used for sucking the natural gas and compressing the natural gas; the inlet end of the cooler is communicated with the outlet end of the compressor, and the cooler is used for cooling the natural gas; and the inlet end of the expander is communicated with the outlet end of the cooler, the outlet end of the expander is communicated with the natural gas hydrate preparation device, and the expander is used for expanding the natural gas to obtain low-temperature natural gas and sending the low-temperature natural gas into the natural gas hydrate preparation device. The compressor is connected with the expander through a coupling, and can recover expansion work to enhance the work applying efficiency of the system.
