Problems solved by technology

[0007] Aiming at the lack of oxygen at the grafting interface caused by the injury caused by walnut grafting, inhibiting the respiration and callus formation at the interface of the stock and ear, resulting in a decrease in the survival rate of the graft, and even the grafting interface being moldy and rotten due to the accumulation of a large number of injuries, resulting in grafting failure. Problem, the present invention provides a kind of method that absorbs walnut injury flow with sphagnum moss and improves the survival rate of walnut grafting

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for absorbing bleeding exudation of walnuts through sphagnum palustre to increase the stem grafting survival rate. The method comprises the following steps of (1) selecting grafting time; (2) preparing the sphagnum palustre; (3) scissoring a scion; (4) performing graft; (5) wrapping the grafting position by the sphagnum palustre; (6) arranging a guide bar; (7) binding up the grafting union; (8) processing a stock; (9) unbinding a grafting membrane. By wrapping the grafting position by the sphagnum palustre and arranging the guide bar, bleeding exudation can be absorbed and discharged effectively, injury to the grafting union and the scion due to gathering of a large amount of the bleeding exudation is avoided, temperature and humidity suitable for growth of callus are provided, and the stem grafting survival rate of the walnuts is increased. Tests prove that under the same grafting technological level, the grafting survival rate of the method reaches 91.2 percent- 94.7 percent and is 8 percent- 13 percent higher than that of the traditional grafting method, the bleeding exudation affecting grafting survival of the walnuts is effectively removed, and therefore, the method has wide application prospect in production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of fruit tree grafting, in particular to a method for absorbing walnut wounds with sphagnum moss and improving the survival rate of walnut grafting. Background technique [0002] Injury is the main reason for the low survival rate of walnut grafting. Excessive wound fluid will cause hypoxia at the grafting interface, inhibit the respiration and callus formation at the rootstock-ear interface, and reduce the survival rate of grafting; The interface and scion are moldy and rotten, and the callus is difficult to form, resulting in graft failure. Therefore, solving the wound problem is the key to improving the survival rate of walnut grafting. [0003] At present, the method for overcoming walnut tree injury has been documented, and a kind of is to cut deep at the base of the rootstock and carry out water treatment, so that the injury flow flows out from the bottom of the rootstock; Buds, thereby reducing wou...
