The preparation method comprises: 1, uniformly stirring an inorganic fireproof material and a curing agent in the claim 1 at a speed of 800-1000 r/min so as to be adopted as a mixture; 2, injecting the mixture into an expanded polystyrene plate; and 3, conveying the expanded polystyrene plate injected with the mixture into a laminating machine to mold, wherein the molding temperature is 35-70 DEG C, and the time is 4-15 min.
