Problems solved by technology

Due to the deterioration of seeds, the membrane is damaged to a certain extent, the unsaturation of the membrane lipid is low, the fluidity of the membrane is poor, and the repair is slow, resulting in a decrease in vitality; or due to the low ambient temperature, the fluidity of the membrane lipid will also be reduced, and the repair ability will be slowed down (Bewley, 1985)

Embodiment 1

[0016] A penetrant composition for improving the germination rate of peanut seeds is a solid dosage form peanut seed treatment agent prepared by mixing dry red soil, carbonized chaff, water and carbendazim in a ratio of 50:2:4:1. Before sowing, 14kg / mu peanut seeds and 2.4kg penetrant composition were mixed for seed dressing, sealed and sealed with plastic tape for 6 days.

Embodiment 2

[0018] A penetrant composition for improving the germination rate of peanut seeds is a solid dosage form peanut seed treatment agent prepared by mixing dry red soil, carbonized chaff, water and carbendazim in a ratio of 50:2:4:1. Before sowing, 15kg / mu peanut seeds and 2.4kg penetrant composition were mixed for seed dressing, sealed and sealed with plastic tape for 6 days.

Embodiment 3

[0020] A penetrant composition for improving the germination rate of peanut seeds is a solid dosage form peanut seed treatment agent prepared by mixing dry red soil, carbonized chaff, water and carbendazim in a ratio of 50:2:4:1. Before sowing, 14.5kg / mu peanut seeds and 2.4kg penetrant composition were mixed for seed dressing, sealed and sealed with plastic tape for 6 days.

Abstract

The invention discloses a penetrating agent composition for improving emergence rate of peanut seeds. The penetrating agent composition is a peanut seed treating agent in a solid dosage form, which is prepared by mixing dry red soil, carbonized chaff and water taken as main ingredients with carbendazim taken as an auxiliary material according to the ratio of 50:2:4:1, and before seeding, peanut seeds are pretreated by using 2.4kg of the penetrating agent composition for 14kg / mu of peanut seeds. By mixing the penetrating agent composition with the seeds before seeding, moisture in the composition infiltrates into the peanut seeds, so that the effective moisture content of the peanut seeds is increased, cell membrane structures of the peanut seeds are repaired, meanwhile, potassium in the carbonized chaff can be absorbed by the seeds through water permeability so as to improve the stress resistance of the seeds and adsorb harmful gas emitted from the seeds, and by utilizing the sterilization and bacteriostasis of the carbendazim, various viruses and mildew in the process of seed germination are effectively restrained, and the vitality and the germination and emergence rates of the peanut seeds are significantly improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of agricultural planting, and in particular relates to a penetrant composition for improving the germination rate of peanut seeds. Background technique [0002] In southern my country, especially in southern China, spring peanuts sown in early spring are easily affected by low temperature and rain, resulting in rotten seeds and lack of seedlings. This is a long-term and common production problem in southern China. The reason is that due to the high fat and protein content of peanut seeds themselves, lipid peroxidation is prone to occur during storage and the vitality is reduced; in addition, most of the seeds used for spring sowing in South China are the seeds harvested and stored in the previous summer, and the seeds are relatively weak after harvesting. Long-term exposure to high temperature and high humidity will accelerate the peroxidative senescence of seeds, and promote the reduction or even loss of vigor of see...
