Problems solved by technology

[0007] In view of this, in view of the bottlenecks faced by my country's refueling hoses, this invention proposes an embedded intelligent refueling hose system based on smart materials, which solves the problem that refueling hoses are sensitive to atmospheric turbulence in the air, and effectively avoids traditional refueling hoses. The phenomenon of resonance and flutter of the hose under the joint excitation of external factors such as atmospheric turbulence and refueling and oil receiver

Embodiment Construction

[0026] The present case will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0027] In order to solve the difficulty (also a key point) in the design and use of the traditional refueling hose: to solve the problem that the refueling hose is more sensitive to atmospheric turbulence, especially the problem of resonance and flutter in extreme cases, this invention proposes a An embedded smart refueling hose system based on smart materials, such as Figure 1-3 As shown, it mainly includes a refueling hose 1 , an electrovariable fluid 2 , an electrode layer 3 , a sensing unit 6 , a control unit 7 and a current amplification unit 8 .

[0028] The refueling hose 1 is used as the basic carrier of the system, and an ordinary refueling hose is used. The electrovariable fluid 2 and the electrode layer 3 are hermetically embedded in the refueling hose 1, and the embedding method can be point embedding, mesh embedding, strip e...

Abstract

The invention discloses an embedded-type intelligent refueling hose system based on intelligent materials. The system comprises a refueling hose, wherein an electric fluid and electrode layers on two opposite sides of the electric fluid are embedded in the refueling hose in a sealed mode. The system further comprises a sensing unit, a control unit and a current amplifying unit, wherein the sensing unit is arranged on the refueling hose, the sensing unit is electrically connected with the input end of the control unit, and the output end of the control unit is electrically connected to the electrode layers through the current amplifying unit. According to the embedded-type intelligent refueling hose system, on the basis that advantages, such as achievement of multi-machine synchronous refueling, winding and unwinding through winches and low weight, of a traditional refueling hose are maintained, dynamic characteristics of the refueling hose are adjusted continuously and reversibly, the resonance and flutter phenomena, occurring under the combined action of atmospheric turbulence, a refueling machine, an oil receiving machine and the like, of the traditional refueling hose can be effectively avoided, and accordingly safety of a person and a machine in the air refueling process is guaranteed.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technology in the field of smart materials, in particular to an embedded smart refueling hose system based on smart materials formed by embedding smart materials (electrically variable fluid) into refueling hoses of aerial refueling machines.
