The formula consists of 0.2%-0.25% of UV, 0.07%-0.09% of 316A, 3%-3.2% of Caco3, 9% -10% of PE-C, 1.5% -1.6% of GH-09, 1.5% -1.6% of AC-R4, 0.4%-0.5% of PE, 75%-80% of PVC, 1.5%-1.6% of Ti02 and 4%-5% of H-828. The preparation method comprises of mixing, stirring, extruding under heating, vacuum forming, and cooling. The flexible anti-collision guardrail disclosed by the invention has characteristics of high strength and high toughness. In order to simplify the production process, relatively inexpensive modified PVC polymer materials are used to reduce costs, the guardrail is safer and easier to be installed and maintained and energy is saved. The guardrail disclosed by the invention is 'M'-modified PVC extrusion profile. The force deformation mechanism is changed by strengthening the rigidity of the whole guardrail, thereby achieving anti-collision purposes.
