The system includes electronic units and a control part, wherein the control part is provided with a module operation process configurator and a module process distribution manager; the system is divided into different function modules according to functions to be executed, wherein the function modules are corresponding to to-be-executed operation of the electronic units; according to operations which are requested currently, the module process distribution manager distributes operations which are read from the module operation process configurator to the different function modules according to a function module list; the electronic units receive command information with unique identifiers, wherein the command information with the unique identifiers is transmitted by corresponding function modules; the function modules receive uploaded information with unique identifier information, wherein the uploaded information with the unique identifier information is uploaded by the electronic units; the module process distribution manager analyzes and processes information which is uploaded to the function modules by the electronic units; the module process distribution manager informs corresponding function modules of analysis results; and the function modules manage and control operation execution of the electronic units according to the analysis results. With the process control method based on multi-module joint operations adopted, complex multi-module control can become more precise and safer, and the execution of module operation can be smoother and safer, and the location of errors can be more convenient, and therefore, conveniences can be provided for the elimination of the errors.
