Abstract

The present invention provides a Chinese tongue squamous epithelial cell carcinoma cell line CTSC-2 establishment method so as to provide material basis for researches on characteristics and treatment drugs of human tongue squamous epithelial cell carcinoma. The method comprises the following specific steps that: a tissue mass adherence method is adopted to carry out primary culture of tongue squamous epithelial cell carcinoma cells; subculture is performed when the cell density achieves about 80%; RT-PCR detection is performed on the stably-passaging cells to show that the cells express marker molecules CK8, 18 and 19 of the human tongue squamous epithelial cell carcinoma cells; and an immunoblotting experiment is adopted to detect expression of proteins of the marker molecules CK8 and 18 of the human tongue squamous epithelial cell carcinoma cells by the adherent cells so as to prove successful establishment of the Chinese tongue squamous epithelial cell carcinoma cell line CTSC-2 from the molecular level.
