The method includes the following steps that data which are relevant to a voice service and recorded in all devices in the mobile network are obtained; a property set is set up according to all properties in the data and divided into a property sub-set of an access process, a property sub-set of a maintaining process and a property sub-set of a complete process, and values of all the properties in the property set are zero; a data set relevant to a designated incident of a designated user in the data is obtained and corresponding properties in the property set are valuated according to property values of all the properties in the data set and a single-user single-event set is formed; all the sub-sets are calculated respectively and a quality estimation value of the access process, a quality estimation value of the maintaining process and a quality estimation value of the complete process are obtained; according to all the quality estimation values, a mobile network voice quality estimation result is obtained.
