The system comprises a battery management system which is connected with the battery pack through a circuit to monitor capacity of each battery monomer in the battery pack in real time and is used for judging whether an obvious capacity difference exists or not; multiple equalization resistors which are connected in parallel with each battery monomer in the battery pack respectively, wherein each equalization resistor is connected in series with a normally open equalization switch; the battery management system is connected to each equalization switch respectively to control an on / off state of each equalization switch; when the difference between the capacity of one battery monomer and the capacities of other battery monomers is too great, the connected equalization switches are switched off to consume the electric quantity of the battery monomer.
