Problems solved by technology

This method increases the burden on the maintenance personnel. When the network fails or special circumstances, it needs to be reconfigured, the work efficiency is low, and the work of the maintenance personnel is increased.
It affects the work efficiency of the enterprise. If the supercomputer is used, it will increase the cost of the enterprise and cause unnecessary waste. After the failure of the supercomputer, the data in the supercomputer will be lost and cause immeasurable losses to the enterprise.

Embodiment

[0025] The present invention provides a method for automatically discovering nodes in a cluster. It mainly uses DHCP to configure a fixed IP for each of the clusters, and ensures that the IPs are available without conflicts. During the operation of the cluster, the IP is unique and unchanged. Plug and play to the node, and when the hardware of the node fails, the data will not be lost. The main steps include:

[0026] 1. Install the DHCP service on each node in the cluster. DHCP is the abbreviation of Dynamic Host Configuration Protlcol. It is a kind of TCP / IP protocol family and is mainly used to assign IP addresses to network clients. And install other installation software according to the needs of the enterprise, including system software, application software, etc., and check whether the installation is correct to ensure that the installation software is available.

[0027] 2. Start a node in the cluster, and set it as a DHCP server, and configure an available IP and mask...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for automatically finding nodes in a cluster. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, installing DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) service at each node in the cluster, then, starting and setting one node in the cluster as a DHCP server, using the node as an Active node, starting and setting other nodes in the cluster as DHCP client sides, and using the nodes as common nodes; when a novel common mode is started, distributing IP (Internet Protocol) for the common node by the Active node, checking hardware configuration of the common node at the same time, marking the state of the common node if the hardware configuration of the common node is different from that of the Active node, and not distributing a mask to the common node in a cluster operating process; increasing the common node in the cluster if the hardware configuration of the common node is the same as that of the Active node; and marking the common node as an unavailable state by the Active node when the common node has faults in the operating process, and backing up all data on the common node at the same time. Compared with the prior art, the method disclosed by the invention can improve cluster stability, can relieve workload of maintenance staff and can improve working efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of information technology, in particular to a method for automatically discovering nodes in a cluster. Background technique [0002] Today is an information society, and computers have become the mainstream carrier of information dissemination. As an emerging electronic product, computers have entered most businesses and families and become an indispensable part of office and life. Then how to ensure the speed and stability of enterprises and personal computers has become the key to ensuring work efficiency and living standards. [0003] A cluster is a computer system, which is connected by a group of loosely integrated computer software or hardware, and highly closely cooperates to complete computing work. In a sense, they can be seen as a computer. A single computer in a cluster is usually called a node, and the cluster is connected through a local area network, and other connection methods are also supported. C...
