The full-automatic clamping hoop comprises a jacket, an upper saddle plate and a lower saddle plate, the upper saddle plate and the lower saddle plate are connected through a revolving shaft, a hydraulic opening-closing mechanism is arranged on one sides of the upper saddle plate and the lower saddle plate, hydraulic locking mechanisms are arranged on two sides of the upper saddle plate and the lower saddle plate, the hydraulic opening-closing mechanism comprises two connected closed hydraulic cylinder reinforcing ribs and closed hydraulic cylinders which are fixedly on the upper saddle plate and the lower saddle plate respectively, and the hydraulic locking mechanism comprises a compression hydraulic cylinder, a connecting rod, a pushing rod, a spring, a locking cam, a compression lever and a side plate.
