The medicine sequentially comprises the following medicines by weight: 300-800g of radix polygoni multiflori preparata, 500-1000g of sealwort, 300-600g of glossy privet fruits, 300-800g of medlar, 300-800g of radix rehmanniae preparata, 300-600g of manglietia fordiana, 300-500g of gynostemma pentaphylla, 400-900g of raw hawthorns, 400-800g of poria cocos, 400-800g of rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and 200-700g of loranthus parasiticus. The preparation method comprises the following steps: first, drying and crushing radix polygoni multiflori preparata, raw hawthorns, poria cocos and rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae, and sieving through a 100-mesh sieve into fine powder and crude powder for later use; second, after decocting sealwort, glossy privet fruits, medlar, radix rehmanniae preparata, manglietia fordiana, gynostemma pentaphylla and loranthus parasiticus for 15-25 minutes, then combining with the crude powder, respectively adding water to decoct for three times, combining and concentrating decoction liquids obtained at three times, and adding the fine powder obtained in the first step to prepare condensed pills which are 0.5cm in diameter or granules, capsules and electuaries.
