The using method comprises the following steps: A, preparing a stock solution comprising the following components: streptomycin sulfate, a 25% cuaminosulfate aqueous solution, a 2% formalin solution, licorice acid, chlorogenic acid, polyoxin, radix ampelopsis and dried orange peel; B, cultivating potatoes: selecting disease-free seed potatoes, soaking the seed potatoes for 1.5-2 hours by using 400-fold stock solution in a volume ratio, taking out and rinsing the seed potatoes with clear water, and planting, wherein when the seed potatoes are cut into blocks, a cutter is soaked and sterilized by 75% alcohol; C, in case of the bacterial wilt, adding water to dilute the stock solution to 600 folds for spraying potato plants; D, adding water to dilute the stock solution to 500 folds for irrigating roots at the same time of spraying in the step C.
