Abstract

The invention relates to a maduramicin ammonium nicarbazin premix and a preparation method thereof. The premix is prepared by dissolving maduramicin ammonium in a corresponding solvent, and then spraying the solution onto nicarbazin and an auxiliary material that are uniformly mixed in a fluidized bed. The solvent can be one or more of a 40%-95% ethanol solution, benzyl alcohol, ethyl acetate and the like. The auxiliary material can be selected from the following: corn starch, plaster stone, corncob powder, anhydrous glucose, talcum powder, and calcium carbonate, etc. The combined use of maduramicin ammonium and nicarbazin can achieve a synergistic anticoccidial effect, not only can inhibit coccidia growth, but also can kill coccidian. The premix is mainly used for prevention and control of chicken coccidiosis. The preparation method of the premix is simple and feasible, has a very good uniform mixing effect, and can effectively avoid various degrees of chicken poisoning phenomena caused by uneven mixing.
