By means of an optical fiber identification system, initial data in a radio frequency transmission memory can be inquired through a radio frequency reader-writer, the manufacture and state of an operation optical fiber can be identified, new data is saved according to use records, and disposable use of the optical fiber can be identified and controlled by the controller, so that cross infection can be avoided.
