Embodiment Construction

[0023] Embodiments of the present invention are further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings:

[0024] Such as figure 1 and figure 2 Schematic diagrams of front and top views of the new acoustic sensor. Including the silicon substrate 101, the mass block 104 is left after the silicon substrate is etched, the silicon substrate 101 and the mass block 104 are connected through the piezoelectric film 102, and the supporting structure 105 is also connected to the silicon substrate 101 and the mass block 104 together. The structural pattern and film thickness of the piezoelectric film 102 can be determined by analytical model method or finite element modeling method to ensure maximum sensitivity and sufficient strength. The structural pattern and film thickness of the support structure 105 can also be determined by using an analytical model or a finite element modeling method to ensure sufficient support strength and sensitivity of the entire sensor.

Abstract

The invention discloses a system for identifying and diagnosing rheumatic heart disease based on sound sensors. The system comprises the plurality of sound sensors placed on the surface of a thoracic cavity outside a heart, and the sound sensors are all connected with a signal processing system which is connected with monitor terminal equipment. A method for identifying and diagnosing the rheumatic heart disease based on the sound sensors comprises the steps: placing the sound sensors on the surface of the thoracic cavity outside the heart, transmitting heart sounds detected by the sound sensors to the signal processing system, performing three-dimensional sound source positioning signal processing, and finally obtaining a position where cardiac souffle is made, wherein the position is shown on the screen of the monitor terminal equipment in icon and three-dimensional coordinate forms. The system and the method have the advantages that a cardiac souffle situation can be accurately obtained by auscultation, and the position of a souffle sound source can be exactly positioned and be displayed on a displayer in real time. By adopting the method and the equipment of the system, the rheumatic heart disease can be well diagnosed according to the heart sounds.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a system and a diagnosis method for identifying and diagnosing rheumatic heart disease based on an acoustic sensor. Background technique [0002] Rheumatic heart disease refers to the heart disease caused by the activity of rheumatic heat and involving the heart valves. Patients with rheumatic heart disease are prone to respiratory tract infection, manifested as decreased resistance, cold symptoms, bacterial infection, and aggravated heart failure. At the same time, patients with rheumatic heart disease may experience exertional palpitation, shortness of breath, decreased physical tolerance, and significantly affected quality of life. Therefore, early and accurate diagnosis of rheumatic heart disease is very necessary. Heart sound signal analysis is a basic method to evaluate the functional state of the heart. Heart sound examination has the advantages of non-invasiveness and good repeatability. One of the main clinical man...
