Abstract

The invention relates to a high-availability virtual machine pooling management system based on roles. According to the virtual machine pooling management method, a master node, a slave node and a backup node are included. The master node is the only logic entrance of a virtual machine resource pool and responsible for managing all nodes in the resource pool. The slave node is mainly responsible for managing a life cycle of a virtual machine of the slave node.
